DIET PROTOCOL Below are hints on how to choose foods that are natural, balanced and supportive of your optimum health program. Remember that what you put into your mouth gets transformed either to energy or to build the cells that compose the body. The higher the quality of starting materials, the finer the quality of the end product, (YOU)! The S-P Super-Magnets should be worn as much as possible. All foods and fluids taken into the body as well as used on the body should be magnetized. Daily Diet The daily diet should consist of: 6 vegetables, 2 fruits, 1 complex carbohydrate, and 1 protein. Diet should be 40% raw and 60% cooked with 80% alkaline foods and 20% acid foods. You should have a bowel movement every 12 hours and drink 8 glasses of purified magnetized water per day. An Alpine air purification system should close to you in the area you spend most of the time, made for vehicles also. Overall Eat whole grain cereals and breads. No bleached or "enriched" flour. All breads need to be toasted for best digestion.Cereals: Use unprocessed cereals, such as oats, brown rice, millet, buckwheat, 7 or 9 grain cereals (hot), grapenuts, nutrigrain, etc. Bread: Whole grain bread made with molasses or honey, Ezekial bread (yeasted, sprouted mixture of various grains, no oils or sweeteners) non-wheat whole grain breads (rye, rice, millet, etc.) are best. Try to make whole grain pita bread and corn tortillas to use with foods. Use butter (preferably raw), no margarine (it's full of trans-fats as are all oils, which are harmful to your health). Use raw tahini, almond or cashew butter instead of peanut butter. Peanuts can be contaminated with a fungal carcinogen (aflatoxin). Tahini (sesame seed butter) will stabilize your blood sugar and strengthen the immune system. Use tamari, liquid aminos, or Dr. Bonner's minerals instead of soy sauce, which is full of chemicals. The best seasonings are natural herbs such as garlic, ginger, cayenne (no black pepper, it's an irritant), and dulse powder (salt substitute). Kelp can be used but dulse tastes much better and has less contamination. No Cows Milk (pasteurized, homogenized). Human breast milk is the finest food on the planet for man, if it is not contaminated. If you use milk products, make sure it's a cultured such as yogurt, buttermilk, kefir, acidophilus milk, and unprocessed cheese (aged), preferably made from raw milk. Most yellow and orange cheese contains artificial food coloring (check and read labels). Natural cheddar cheese is white. Cut down on red meat (4oz. is a complete meal), best meats are wild game, rabbit, lamb, duck and fish (especially cold water fish). Rabbit is excellent, low fat and usually organically fed. Chicken and turkey can be diseased with a cancer virus. Because chicken parts are fed to cattle, about 40% of cattle now have this virus (progenitor cryptocides). Fish is good, especially cold water fish (cod, mackerel, etc.). Note: Fish contaminated by mercury can be antagonized with selenium. Raw seeds and nuts are great sources of essential fatty acids and protein. They contain more protein pound for pound than meat. A handful of seeds and nuts will give you oils that will keep your skin in excellent shape and increase your sex hormones.
No commercial eggs. Use fertilized non-commercial chicken or duck eggs. Eat two a day, they will normalize your cholesterol and raise your HDL cholesterol, which is what you want. Low cholesterol less than 150mg% can have a worse outcome than high cholesterol. Cholesterol is metabolized into hormones.
Use as few canned goods as possible. The seams contain lead and as little as 10 parts per million can cause heart problems. Dilute fruit juice 50% with spring, mineral or distilled water. No processed, pre-cooked or commercial foods. They are full of preservatives, artificial flavors, colors, and other additives that hypnotize your taste buds and have exceptionally long shelf lives.
No sugar. Use raw honey (not heat-treated) with all nutrients and enzymes, pure maple sugar (no artificial flavors) or unsulfured molasses for sweeteners use them sparingly. If you have blood sugar problems, leave all sweets, alcohol, and sugar substitutes alone. Drink fresh vegetable and drink the least amount of fruit juice such as fresh squeezed orange juice or frozen pineapple juice diluted with water or a mineral water. Buffered Vit C powder should be taken daily in juice. This will energize you and protect your immune system. Do not drink tap water, mineral or spring water, without prior analysis. Use bottled spring, mineral, or distilled water. Tap water should be at least filtered with activated charcoal. No sodas or diet soft drinks.
Oils: Best derived from seeds, nuts, fertile egg yolks, and avocados. If purchased buy cold-pressed or cold processed oils: Coconut oil is best, flaxseed oil (linseed), little extra-virgin olive oil, and emulsified cod liver oil. (No corn oil), sunflower, sesame, olive, etc. Dale Alexander's emulsified cod liver oil prevents platelet adhesion. Black currant, primrose, max-EPA, and linseed oil help build up the immune system producing PGE-1. Trans fats, formed from partially hydrogenated oils, are unhealthy, causing increase risk of heart disease, cancer, and many other health problems. Avoid foods that have partially hydrogenated oils in them, such as mocha mix, margarine, commercial peanut butter, mayonnaise (simple to make your own), candy bars, (no cooked greasy fatty foods), etc. When cooking you can use liquid lecithin to prevent sticking and or raw butter. Do not over heat your foods, cook them just enough to make them palatable.
Eat high fiber foods (raw if possible): Fresh fruits and vegetables (carrots, watercress, parsley), whole grains, etc. Bran is good especially oat bran and rice bran. Snacks of buttered popcorn contains both fiber and essential fatty acids.
No coffee. Use Pero, Bravo, Chicory, Postum, Ginseng, Ginger or cold water coffee extracts. Other roasted grains, tubers, and roots are excellent coffee substitutes. Even decaffeinated coffee is full of chemicals. Herbal teas (not tannic acid teas) are excellent. Note: Absolutely No Smoking! Raw as possible (if steamed, stainless steel or Pyrex only). Apples should be peeled before eating and all your vegetables and greens should be washed with a diluted vinegar solution before storage. Fluoride, baking soda and powder, aluminum products (associated with Alzheimer's disease), permanents, hair dyes, bubble baths, deodorants, and commercial creams with preservatives, artificial dyes and colorings. **Note: Absolutely no cigarette smoking. Detox Diet It is most important that the person enjoy his/her change of diet, during this transition the taste buds are trained and the condition of the patient will improve as time goes on. It is recommended that you maintain a mono-diet for at least 4 days, before beginning your new ancient diet health program. We should all leave the table content, a little hungry and always know that we have done something to earn our meal. Making sure your foods are natural and eaten in their entirety as much as possible without spicing them up is important. Remember to masticate your food at least 20 times before swallowing. Eating small multiple meals with about 1,600 calories per day will increase your health and life span. Normal American meals need to be cut by 1/4th the usual amount. Two major meals a day (Carbohydrate) between 10 and 11 AM and (Protein) after 6 PM with snacks in between meals. Vegetables are neutral foods and can be eaten anytime and used as fillers. To begin with those foods that stimulate elimination giving a laxative effect are best. Optimum elimination is 12 hours and if elimination does not take place daily then natural laxatives and enemas need to be used. Check the actual time by eating beets or taking charcoal or whole swallowed kernels of corn. Normal elimination time of 12 to 14 hours is optimum and over 20 hours is bad. No more than three food combinations per meal with one food forming the bases 60 to 70% of the meal. The same food should not be eaten over 4 times a week and no more than 2 meals considered unhealthy per week and at least one unhealthy meal per week. Exercise every other day jogging and brisk walking-red lining (160 bpm) the heart by checking the heart rate, if you are in good shape.

****GREEN DRINKS, JUICED BEETS, CARROTS, CELERY MIXTURES**** Fruits: Apples, Oranges, Prunes, Raisins and Figs. Melons and Tropical fruits. Sweeteners: Dates (Date sugar), bananas, rice bran liquid and maple syrup, molasses, karo syrup and honey (use all sparingly). Fresh fruits are the best sweeteners. Seasonings: Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Allspice Fresh fruits and vegetables form the base of the diet.
****Special foods YAMS, Calves or wild game liver raw (juiced)**** Seeds and nuts as snacks and buttered popcorn as a snack are okay. Sprouted sunflower seeds are excellent all sprouts are excellent except to many alfalfa sprouts. Spreads: Nut butters (no peanut butter), Raw or lightly salted Butter and Avocados. Whole grain breads always toasted and Corn Tortillas. Frozen Fruits and vegetables okay no canned goods. Fermented foods: Kim Chee and Sauerkraut (high-energy foods). Protein: Two fertile eggs or yokes only not hardened are best is all the protein needed per day. Cold water ocean fish (cod, mackerel, halibut), Oysters and Squid. Two parts millet or brown rice (grains) to one part legumes (beans, peas, lentils) make a complete protein the same as meat. All the Protein needed is 15 to 30 grams a day. If meat has to be used cut it up in small pieces and use as a flavoring. Dried jerky from wild game is excellent if without black pepper, which is a gastrointestinal irritant. Fruit juices are to be avoided except frozen Pineapple juice always dilute normal mixture in half with distilled water. Note: ALL DRINKING OF FLUIDS SHOULD BE AWAY FROM MEALS. Fluids: Distilled Water, herbal teas, white wines and dark foreign beers are best. If you are in Bad shape no fruit juice use vegetables to detoxify with 3 or 4 day fasts in between. To slow down detoxification go back to old foods until you can resume health program. Rice needs to be soaked overnight and the water tossed out then fry or bake in butter a little before cooking the rice. Make Mayonnaise (no commercial brands): beat thoroughly one eggs for 5 minutes add a few drops of melted butter can mix with tahini add lemon juice while beating. The juice of a tomato can be added, if not arthritic. Transition foods would be coleslaw and grated carrots with fresh pineapple and home made mayonnaise. Raw grated onions, black radish, horse radish, garlic speed up mucous elimination and can be combined with figs and raisins. Mono-diets are best one kind of fruit (apples) in season or a rotation diet of tomatoes and grapefruit or (fresh grapefruit juice). Beginning program with vegetables cooked if necessary to slow down elimination the same with fruits e.g. baked apples. If mixing foods always eat fresh fruit first wait 5 to 10 minutes before eating vegetables. Seeds and nuts (raw sproutable) can be eaten with dried fruits only.
Laughter aids digestion. Do not read the paper, listen to the news or watch stress inducing or violent movies. Listen to pleasant music, discuss pleasant things, meditate, and pray. Stay away from stress and all those that cause you stress, if possible. Learn to act out parts for someone else’s benefit do not be involved in others problems. Help others by guiding suggestions not telling others what to do. Whey, Skim milk and Cultured milk products are best as cow milk substitutes. Fasting preparation eliminate breakfast first then one meal per day around 3 PM fruits and 20 minutes later vegetables.
