Systems approach to Supplementation

The approach is to take normal supplements 4 to 5 times a week for 12 weeks. This approach has been established after years of successful treatment programs.

The systems approach of rebuilding the body is as follows:

     1. Take Vitamin C (Buffered Powder with Bioflavonoids) till diarrhea occurs. (Take 1 tsp. every 2 hours). Take it for 2 days, then cut back to normal or tolerable dose (during times of stress you will need more).

     2. Take digestive enzymes, balanced hormone formulation and liver tablets daily before starting your program. Juicing of vegetables such as carrot, beets, greens (watercress, celantro, parsley) celery, cabbage, apples and oranges is advisable

     3. Now you are ready to begin your program. Start with your dietary changes. Work on 2 to 3 systems per week adding on systems until the program is completely initiated, which usually takes 2 or 3 weeks.

Follow this order of importance as far as treatments are concerned:

Cardiopulmonary System (I, M – lungs, heart, arteries, liver, etc.)

Gastrointestinal System (E,D,F- malabsorption syndrome, fats, stomach)

Hormonal System (C,K‑ endocrine imbalance., prostrate, diabetes, PMS)

Nervous System (M,C‑ anxieties, pain, nerves, spasms, etc.)

Immune System (E,M,N‑ infections, colds, cancer, etc.)

     Hematologic System (M,N‑ blood dyscrasias, anemia’s, leukemia’s)

Lymphatic System (S,H‑ swollen glands, stasis, lumps, etc.)

Musculoskeletal System (C,T‑muscle and joint‑aches and pains, etc.)

Etc., Longevity therapies are last (K,T‑ GH‑3, Regeneresens, etc.)

*Note:  If your diagnosis contains a malabsorption syndrome, take digestive aids with your supplements.  All supplements can be taken at one time 1/2 hour before meals or an hour after meals for maximum absorption. If the supplements upset your stomach, take them with food or eliminate the item causing the problem. Follow directions e.g., some digestive enzymes used for digesting food should be taken with food and others should not be taken with food.  The normal supplemental doses can be reduced to 1/2 the amounts prescribed after 90 days from initial testing or as indicated by follow‑up tests.  The use of spring, mineral or distilled water will help all conditions.

Patient Checks and Tests: Maintain‑ldeal‑Body‑Weight.

Proper eating habits mean eating at designated times, never overeating (over‑indulging is indicative of allergy). Eating should never leave you feeling uncomfortable, but rather with a slight bit of hunger‑a sense of contentment. The amount of food needed for an average individual of 150 lbs is 30grams of complete protein (meat is 25%), 90 grams of fiber (no sucrose) in any 24-hour period.  The diet should be 80% raw vegetables (steamed only if necessary), calves liver and unprocessed foods in their entirety.
