Services Rendered:

Health Assurance- Pay a two year membership fee ($280.00) and 8-month fees of $90/month for each lab test report and an added $60 for lab arrangement and secretarial fees for each test ordered that you agree to do at least every 8-months (four complete biochemical checks) for two years. Each of your referrals that join our Health Assurance Plan you will receive a free month subtracted from the end of your two-year policy or $100 dollars of credit (no actual money unless employed by us). All you are paying for are the paperwork, computerized information (client history), parameter and comparison reports that are computer generated from which the summary report and treatment regime are hand generated by trained health professionals.

Designed for those that are financially strapped below the poverty level. The initial membership fee and the first month are required with an automatic monthly payment done only on charge card thereafter.
