Dr. Aguirre,
Here is the info you're requesting:
Phone number:__________ DOB: ___________ Referral:______________
Name on report: _____________________________ Payment: is there a payment
plan that can be arranged of course with some amount up front? The retail
costs for the blood test is $385.00 plus $60.00 for the making the
appointment with the lab. Designing a treatment regime from the results
based upon your age and sex is the medical research work that I do, which I
charge for.
Pick what you want to do or let me
know what you can afford as a payment plan and I’ll do the rest. Setting up
the appointment with the requisition sent to the lab, which you can go
anytime during there working hours (Tulare LabCorp).
You can give the referring physician Dr. _______________ the down payment with
a minimum $445, if and when we come to an agreement.
There are
basically four completely different tests:
Health Assurance is a 2-year signed contract of $390 up front
with agreement to have 3 more lab tests done every 8-months for $680 each.
This gives all benefits of free monthly e-mail consultations
with the complete family covered as far as consultations and reduced fees.
1. The comprehensive special set of medical lab blood tests
(biochemical check of body systems). Those without Health Assurance
Membership the fee is $890, which is the bases of our service and most
important part of what we do.
2. Toxic poison screen with Cancer check and urinalysis
(different lab) send special container for urine sample after oral
chelator. $480 which is half price as a member.
3. Organic acid tests with environmental pollutants. $500
which is half price as a health assurance member.
4. Psychological stress test $250 which is free if HA member.
Note: If you
don’t want to join our Health Assurance program and just want our free
tests you will have to pay for the reports, which would be $400 up front
and the balance of $400 upon completion.
We are talking about the urinalysis
right? No, that does a toxic poison screen with a free cancer check and
urinalysis, which I will have to mail you the special container with an
oral chelator.
What time is available for an appointment?
Fees for a personal appointment is $400/hr. for those without Health Assurance. Otherwise they
are half-price or free monthly e-mail consultations.
Once we
have an agreement and you know what you want the appointment will be set
with the lab closest to you. Just let us know at least 24 hours before you
want to go to the lab (no Mondays or Fridays). The lab appointment will be
all day during the labs normal working hours.
I will be waiting for your response.
Thanks,
Dear Patron;
As soon as I order the test for you
they take the money out of my bank account and everything is paid for
immediately. So don't pay them one cent!
I'm hired by you as your private
physician and have to pre-pay and take responsibility for what ever is
abnormal on your tests. I have to let you know what is happening and how to
solve the problems, if I know how to or refer you to someone that can help
you. If not you have to sign a wavier that you will take responsibility for
the tests and take it to someone that you hire to translate what it all
means. I'm an expert at what I do and know of no else that can manipulate
my special set of medical lab tests, which I have been doing for the past
35 years with national and international recognition. That's why I work for
other doctors. If you financial problems just let me know so we can work
something out. Send me a check made out to Dr. Al Aguirre, 2675 Bechelli Ln #1, Redding, CA 96002 for $445.00 and the balance
of the same amount in 30 days after you receive the information you have
paid for.
If there is a financial problem you
need to let us know to see if we can work out some kind of payment plan. I
know what it's like to struggle as you get educated. I paid for my own
schooling for 14 years with a wife and 5 children.
I hope you understand, those that
make personal appointments with me are charged $400/hr. or half that if
they are Health Assurance Members.
E-mail is the easiest way for me
because I can get to whatever is happening on my own schedule,
otherwise I can't get what needs to be done for many other people that have
hired my services. If there is something urgent concerning your tests I'll
call and let you know immediately upon finding out. Once you have agreed to
hire my services I have a legal responsibility, which I don't take lightly.
What is your line of study?
Yours In Health,
Dr. Al Aguirre

questions; I was just curious as to how all of this works. I go and have blood withdrawn from the
center in Visalia
(which I set an appointment for on my own) and pay them $385.00, plus $60.00
for the appointment set up. Then
your cost is $445.00 or half up front and 2nd half upon
completion or within 30 days paid to the referring Physician (we
communicate only through email right?).
Is this all correct?
Ans: No
that’s not correct read the reply above.
