Taking Supplements

To get maximum absorption of supplements they should be taken ½ hours before meals and/or an hour after meals.  Specific digestive enzymes that are used to digest foods should be taken with major meals (twice a day) while one digestive enzyme can be taken when taking food supplements to help them digest.  If you can’t swallow the supplements or they bother your stomach, they need to be crushed (mortar & pestle) and added to a little yogurt or applesauce and then ingested.  Make it as easy as possible and become scheduled in taking your supplements.

Take Your Time

When you begin taking supplements your body will usually react before getting used to the idea, so take your time.  These are life time changes to increase your life as well as your well-being, so initiate your program slowly while eliminating what causes adverse body disturbances, starting with decreasing digestive aids first.  If you never get a digestive disturbance from taking the digestive enzymes you are not taking enough.  If you do get an over reaction from the digestive enzymes take ½ teaspoonful of sodium bicarbonate and/or yogurt to neutralize them.  You’ll also notice that you will begin losing your appetite while taking supplements, which is very normal after all they are food concentrates.  Decreasing your normal food intake and/or lack of appetite while on supplements is usually a good sign.  You’ll find that you need less food and that you feel better because you are getting much more out of the foods you are eating because of the working’s of the digestive enzymes.  NaturChem’s supplemental program takes the place of one complete meal and/or more.

Intermittent is Best

Intermittent use in taking all extraneous food elements is the best way to use them.  The usual suggestion is do not take any supplements on the weekends, unless you can absolutely feel the difference and you know you have to have a particular item.  Learn to read and feel what your body is saying to you.  Once you get the results wanted as dictated by your biochemical re-checks you can stop taking most of the food supplements, except for the hormones (part of the aging process) and digestive aids (take about a year to correct).  Once you learn about supplements you can take items as needed or to compensate for known stresses.  The corrected biochemicals on a re-check are a sign that you have made the necessary dietary changes needed, so that you no longer need all the supplements prescribed, except for Vit-C and folic acid.  You don’t want the body getting used to all these expensive supplements.  You want your new diet to correct all the biochemical abnormalities, which will take awhile, if you are willing to make the nutritional changes.  The best incentive is when your medical condition corrects and you feel much better.  The lesson learned is that when you go back to your old ways you will feel bad and your medical condition will return with a vengeance.  Our current medical system makes money by keeping you dependant on synthetic pharmaceutical prescription drugs and not training you to be healthy by your dietary and supplemental intake.  Do you want to continue to support the medical monopoly or do you want to learn to do what physicians and doctors do that know what is really happening?  It is all up to you!  No one can do it but you!  I hope and pray we can help you make the necessary changes and that you’ll send your friends to us, for which you’ll be richly rewarded.  Don’t take short cuts by purchasing inferior and/or untested products.

Exercise is the Same

Exercise should not be done on a daily bases.  Intermittent exercise is best, which should consist of not more than an hour four times a week.  We wish you the best of health!

Dietary Supplements

You as an individual have to decide what is a practical solution to extending the quality as well as the quantity of your life.  How much are you willing to spend for supplements on monthly bases?  Do you put gas in your car and check the oil and make sure the brakes are working?  Your body is all that you really own and it is irreplaceable!  Let us at NaturChem Health Systems check it out on a regular bases (specialized set of medical lab tests) and advise you how to keep it biochemically balanced.  We will not only try all in our means to make you a better healthier individual but teach you how to do it yourself without the use of synthetic drugs. What you decide to do with your own body is a decision that is different for each individual.  It does you no good to get your health together by changing your diet and taking supplements and then decide to stop the good you have done your body and let it revert into an unhealthy state just because you get lazy and decide to stop.  All you have to do is check biochemically to see how you are benefiting from what you are doing.

Don’t Get Discouraged and Give Up

As a physician with thirty years of clinical experience I have seen patients give up their health efforts many times, until they reach a state of no return.  I myself have exercised 3 or 4 hours a day and have taken 60 to 70 tablets, capsules, powders and/or pills a day (e.g. Folic acid 20 tablets/day) as nutritional supplements for years.  I’m as stubborn as the rest of you and maybe more so.  It has taken me years to correct some of my bad habits, whereas I have had patients with the same biochemical abnormalities that followed my orders and corrected their major medical problems in a few months.  I’m now hitting 60 years old and take shots once in awhile and average 10 or 12 supplements 5 days a week.  More important than all the supplements in the world is getting enough rest, using anti-stress, exercising, scheduling yourself and being on a good healthy nutritional diet that is checked out biochemically on a regular bases.  Don’t be afraid to make changes in your life style that are regularly checked out biochemically, because that is the only way you can extend your life in a scientific manner.

No One is Normal

What is normality?  Having a blood pressure on both arms that is 115/75, steady pulse rate of 65, body temperature of 99 degrees Fahrenheit, respirations of 16 times a minute, weighing 150 pounds, 5 foot 10 inches tall, consuming a balanced diet of 2,400 Calories a day, being 24 years old, blood sugar of 95mg%, middle of the medical reference range for all medical lab tests compared to your age group and sex, etc. etc.  We are all individuals and need to be dealt with as such.  The end result of being the way you want to be concerning your health is just plain old medical education.  What makes you different than your physician, isn’t it education?  Naturopathic medical education teaches a person how to compensate for unhealthy mistakes by correcting one’s diet and supplementing what one can’t get or refuses to incorporate in their dietary regime.  It’s simple to be healthy just put into the body what’s needed and take out what isn’t, which can only be done by regular medical lab test comparisons.  Don’t be afraid to learn new tricks to keep abreast of your health status!

Supplements

Recommended in taking supplements, which are designed to give your biochemicals a jump-start as you learn to change your diet.  For best absorption you can crush (mortar & pestle) your supplements and place them in applesauce for the easiest method of taking them.  Do not crush the tableted digestive enzymes.  Supplements are only used to supplement one’s correctly tailored nutritional program.  Once the abnormal biochemicals are repaired (usually 60 days) and the diet is corrected you can stop taking most of the recommended supplements, except for the digestive enzymes, hormones and basic supplements such as (Vit-C, Liver, Ultra-Mind, Folic Acid, Alpha Lipoic Acid, CoQ10, Vit-E, Flaxseed Oil, Cod Liver Oil, Dulse) while the rest can be stopped and/or taken as needed.

What’s Practical?

Theoretically it is possible to get all that is needed for optimum health requirements from the proper assimilation of nature’s balanced foods.  The real problem lies in the depletion of our soils being fortified with chemical fertilizers instead of natural organic waste, which causes the plants and animals to lack the necessary biochemical elements to correct one’s medical problems.  Many of the supplements are so concentrated that you couldn’t possibly consume enough of a particular food to correct one’s medical problems.  Many of the supplements recommended are cold lyophilized glands, which means you would have to eat them fresh and raw on a daily bases, which most people wouldn’t do.

What To Expect

In many instances the supplements will take the place of most of your food consumption and will decrease your appetite, especially as you adjust to your new nutritional changes.  Healing crisis are not uncommon as the toxins begin to be removed from your body systems.  Once your body is built up and you have made the necessary life changes you are on your way towards optimum health.  Exercise with proper rest while staying away from and/or properly coping with excessive stresses are essential in maintaining the best of health.

Researched Nutritional Studies

In all scientific studies that scientists were trying to maintain optimum health with proper natural food supplements proved that one’s overall health were dramatically improved.  What these scientific studies show is that there is no way to completely predict or analyze complete body optimization because of the complexity of the human body, which is made up of trillions of cells.  So the sky is the limit when it comes to trying to optimize the human body in a scientific manner, which can only be attempted by regular biochemical checks and re-checks.  What is known is that those that take properly determined extra nutritional supplements rid their body of diseases and medical problems that are only masked by synthetic prescription drugs.  By far natural nutritional supplements gives your body the best chances to permanently fix the body and prevent physical breakdown while increasing a productive extension of life itself.

What Should be Taken?

Dr. Aguirre’s quote, “You should only eat foods and take nutritional supplements that make you feel good, while you do regular biochemical checks before and after to make sure you are improving your health status.  Everyone is an individual and therefore is in need of different natural nutritional supplements to optimize one’s biochemicals.  To purchase supplements and not check what you are doing is foolish.  If you have enough money to purchase food you have enough to be biochemically fit by being checked on a regular bases.  You own your body and it is the only irreplaceable thing you will every own, which and it needs regular maintenance (biochemical checks, which can only be done with medical lab tests).”

Supplies

The majority of my patients need a couple of dozen bottles of food supplements as determined from the results of their biochemical make-up (lab test results) with the majority of the supplements not being refilled after 60 days and if they are they should only be taken as needed.  Learning to get in tune with your body is not any different than have a craving for a certain unprocessed natural food.  This is the same developed natural instinct that needs to be acquired for taking your natural food supplements, which should be taken as needed.  Remember just as important as eating good natural foods and taking supplements is regularly checking what’s happening to one’s biochemicals.  On NaturChem’s health programs you will very seldom get hungry, maybe once every couple of weeks.

How to Get Started

Start your new health program (permanent life style changes) by taking Vit-C powder and flushing the body.  Buffer your Vit-C with baking soda 1/4 teaspoonful to 1 teaspoonful of Vit-C, then add a little purified water to dissolve then and fill glass with recommended juices and drink.  Do this every hour until you are blessed with diarrhea, then cut back the next day to several teaspoonfuls per day regulating your bowel movement to one every 12 hours with proper consistency.  After the initial cleanse you are ready to start your health program and can add to your Vit-C other powders and liquid supplements and flavor with juice.  Don’t try to take everything at once.  Start out slowly by taking supplements listed in order from summary report.  E.g. digestive aids (2), hormones (2), liver (3), Vit-B12 (1), Folic Acid (6), Ultra-Mind (2), Brain Neurotransmitters (2), Vit-C (1), Bioflavonoids or Rutin (1) and Potassium (2), which equals 22 supplements taken twice a day as directed.  Stay on this program for 4 or 5 days and stop for at least 2 days (weekends).  During the two-day rest from supplements concentrate on changing your diet to optimum nutrition with fresh fruits and vegetables making up 80 percent of the diet.  The next week slowly add supplements from one or two additional groups as taken from your individualized summary report, which needs to be work on and repeat the same procedure the next week until your program is easy to maintain.  After 60 to 90 days you will now work towards decreasing intake of supplements, until you are on your basic program.  You will now decrease supplements to a minimum maintenance dose of what you want to stay on, as ascertained by what makes your body feel the best while the biochemicals are closest to optimum levels.

Waste, Waste, Waste

Nothing of value should be wasted.  It is very sinful to throw food away.  If you are currently throwing anything of food value away it is time to stop purchasing so much.  It is much better for your health to come up with a food shortage and have to fast a few days than to waste food in a staring world.  Learn to just buy what you are going to use and nothing more.  Remember less is better than too much.  You can also learn to dehydrate and/or freeze foods before they go bad (spoil).  Check your food supplies (greens and vegetables) every few days to consume them before they spoil.  If they are getting old and you want to preserve them place them in a pan of purified water and boil them for a soup and/or drain the fluids off for drinking mineral water (refrigerate), while you mix the vegetables with other foods for fiber.

Doctor’s Program

As a physician with 30 years of clinical experience designing programs many methods have been tried.  Dr. Aguirre has been on his health program for over 20 years.  He used to take 70 to 80 supplements at a time and now his program is at its minimum, so he only takes 10 or 12 supplements daily and rest weekends.  He has stopped all supplements for months at a time and could tell such a difference that I had to go back to what makes him feel the best.  His diet is very strict with a minimum of food intake while he takes the necessary food supplements.  He eats no animal muscle meats.  Most of the supplements that he has on hand are used as needed, by the way he feels and/or the way his body is reacting.  Some supplements like digestive enzymes took him a year to build up the body’s stores so that he doesn’t need them anymore, unless he is over eating, otherwise they are taken as needed.  He realizes that everyone is an individual and needs different amounts of essential nutrients to stay healthy and that’s why he used your biochemical checks to make sure the mist positive results are obtained.

Best Results

Patients taking synthetic prescription or OTC drugs don’t usually get better on nutritional supplements.  They may feel better but the synthetic chemicals have nothing to do with correcting their overall biochemicals, which are contained in the human body as they contaminate, erase valuable clues to make the body better and thus in reality they are getting worse.  When patients make the switch to natural foods and supplements they do get better as proven by biochemical comparisons of their medical lab tests.
