There is more to life than just
living (breathing and eating). Being
alive without pain is an accomplishment while being alive where your body is
operating at peak efficiency is the ultimate goal. In order to achieve peak efficiency requires
learning to balance one’s biochemicals as close to optimum statistical levels
for one’s age and sex, which is the mid-point of one’s medical lab test results
reference ranges of a special set of biochemical tests.
For examples you can read, “Predictive Medicine”, “Biochemical Individuality”, “Death Hormone”, “Regeneresens”, “Nutrition and Physical Degeneration”, “Diet and Nutrition by U.S. Senate”, and “Degeneration-Regeneration” these books explain the studies of peak efficiency levels and how to accomplish them scientifically.
Once you understand what it takes to reach optimum efficiency for human biochemicals you also must understand that what is needed is totally controlled by the system we live in. As we figure out why we become imbalanced biochemically to begin with we can also figure out the solution to the problem. As we age the body begins to deteriorate because of the loss of hormones and the intake of improper foods while accumulating toxins from our own modern environment. As scientist and doctor’s we can correct all of these biochemical problems but what is going to prevent them from occurring again.
Synthetic drugs and more medications are not the answers. The only solution is as described by “The Father of Medicine” Hippocrates (480B.C.) that medicine should be your food and food should be your medicine. Besides learning to live on simple food staples we need to raise hormonally based living animals that we can assimilate to replace our losses as we stay biochemically balanced at peak efficiency. Keep in mind that the tongues flavor buds need to be trained to eat what is good for the body and not just what tastes good. Isn’t it time that we take responsibility for our health and stop the brain-wash that we have all experienced. Achieving optimum health can easily be done, it just take some re-thinking on our part as new age human beings.
